Transformation Design is the belief that the design process can solve any brand problem. We believe in defining the real problem and not letting labels, like advertising, confine what form the solution might take.

A perpetual work in progress.
Transformation Design uses the design process to solve problems – in our case – brand problems. With an advertising agency you get advertising – that’s always the answer. But we contend there are more effective ways to help companies solve branding issues and growth problems. When an ad campaign just isn’t enough, we can help. Here’s how.

A perpetual work in progress :: Problem, Solution, Change
PROBLEM
Our process starts upstream of the typical agency engagement, beginning with the problem. Oftentimes, we help clients discover that the problem they thought they had isn’t the real problem. Instead, the problem may be something much more than they ever expected – more simple or more complex, more technical or more human, more rational or more emotional. The problem is the whole point – the point where true opportunity lives.
